- 200T Blockchain I (the "Fund") is a U.S. registered (for US investors) and British Virgin Island registered (for foreign investors) cryptocurrency investment fund with a term of 5 to 7 years. 200T Blockchain I is raising $100M - up to $200M (according to demand) - to be invested exclusively in a diversified portfolio of the best, most liquid, exchange traded cryptocurrencies available.
- I expect 200T Blockchain I to return a minimum of 10x investors' original investments over a period of 5 to 7 years.

200T Blockchain I allocation of capital is as follows:
- Invest 33% of 200T Blockchain I after the close of fund raising,
- Use 0.5%-1% weekly DCA ($ cost averaging) over the course of 1 to 2 years,
- Preserve a 10% cash reserve to be deployed according to investment opportunities.

- Bitcoin (BTC): 40%,
- Ethereum (ETH): 40%,
- Altcoins: 10% (Diversified is basket of approximately 20 best Altcoins),
- Cash: 10% (As an "opportunity" reserve to be deployed when special situations occur like crashes, dips and cryptocurrency market corrections).

- The minimum capital commitment from investors is $500'000. Investments in 200T Blockchain I can be made in any currency of investors' choice. No redemption is allowed for the duration of the "Fund" (5 to 7 years), unless voted otherwise by the Board of Directors with a unanimous vote.
